My name is Paul Kelly, I am an RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) and the owner/operator of Twelve Mile Immigration Consulting Inc.

I have more than 10 years experience working in the field of international education spanning three continents and including roles teaching ESL, secondary school teaching and curriculum design and planning.

To provide great service and value we choose to specialize in immigration matters for students, recent graduates and pathways to permanent residency.
